After a 500 point drop in the Dow here in America, rumors about financial problems in other countries, and general despair all over; I thought it only fair to add my two cents to the mix and give everyone a reason to smile among the wreckage.
Below is a video clip that I think perfectly fits all the economic woes we have been experiencing. So gang... enjoy the gloom and doom!

I talked to my financial guy yesterday and he said this didn't mimic what happened a few years ago... Granted this was a panic attack... Somehow I feel the timing of it all seemed to me as if it was a ploy to make Obama look worse... the outcome of the two parties decision in raising the debt was a stupid move.. then again w/his back up against the wall, what could he have done??? simple, logical answer to me was to raise taxes... Our governor had his back up against the wall when he wanted to raise taxes on car registrations- well the Repubs blew that away... The Rebubs in my valley thought it was stupid to not have it passed... Can't keep putting on a bandaid to fix the problem...

ReplyDeleteI won't comment on the political aspect if this but will simply say that now that we have a global economy we are all tied together. There were rumors of financial problems coming from Europe (adon't want to cintinue to spread the rumor) and people just paniced.
That said, after so much gloom and doom I thought the little video clip was a welcome relief. Have a great a great day.
